I’m interested in Subzapp, what should I do?

If you’d like to know more, and potentially sign up, then just get in touch through the contact form and we’ll arrange a short demo of the system. Once you are ready to get started you can signup using our online order form.

What happens after I’ve confirmed I’d like a Subzapp account?

After you’ve approved the order confirmation we’ll set up your account for you within 3 working days. We’ll send you a simple setup form to complete and your URL will be yourcompanyname.subzapp.com. We’ll add your logo to personalise your account and send you your login details. You can then start using the system, it’s very intuitive, but we’re happy to schedule a short orientation meeting to help get you going.

How much does Subzapp cost?

Subzapp costs £50 plus VAT per month for the first user and then £10 pm plus VAT each for subsequent users. You can pay annually and save 10% on the equivalent monthly cost.

Am I tied into a long-term contract?

No, we have a simple easy in/ easy out contract, you only need to give us 14 days written notice if you’d like to stop using Subzapp, simply email us at [email protected]. We don’t offer any refunds for any unused time in billing periods already started or that fall within the 14-day notice period.

How do I pay for Subzapp?

On setup, we send you an invoice for the full year, or if you are paying monthly, the first invoice will be for the remainder of the current month. Monthly subscriptions are then invoiced at the beginning of each month and annual subscription renewals are on the anniversary of the setup date. All invoices are payable on 14-day terms. We prefer payment by standing order, but you have the option to pay by credit card or direct transfer if you wish.

Can I change the number of subscribers I use?

Yes, if you’d like to increase or decrease the number of subscribers that you have simply email us at [email protected]. Increases in subscribers will be actioned within 3 working days and billed on a pro-rata basis from the date of the subscriber increase based on our standard pricing. Reductions in subscribers will be actioned at the end of the prevailing billing period and billing changes will take effect from the start of the subsequent billing period.

Is the data backed up?

Yes, all the data you add to the system is backed up daily and we keep backups for 4 weeks. Should the need arise we can restore back to any of the stored daily backups. We recommend that you keep a backup of your data and you can use the export function in the system to do this.

Is the data on its own database?

Yes, the data you add is stored on its own database. You can download all the data you add to the system at any time using the export function in the system.

How do you handle data privacy?

We take the privacy of any data you add to the system very seriously. All data is kept secure and private and Resolution and third-party providers comply with GDPR and all data storage is in the UK and Western Europe.
